References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these Website Terms and Conditions are to E.ON Installation Services Limited. References to “you” or “your” in these Website Terms and Conditions are to you as a user of the Website.

3 No warranties

3.1 While we try to ensure that the Website are functioning correctly, this may not always be achievable. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available all the time.
3.2. We do not warrant or guarantee that the Website will be compatible with all or any hardware and software which you may use.

4. Limitations of liability

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 These Website Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and us and form the entire agreement between us. No-one except us and you has any right to enforce these Website Terms and Conditions by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
